TMI...my vagina itches

So the two weeks ago I had a yeast infection. I went to the gyno and it was confirmed and I got treatment. Now I’m still experiencing itching however only when I don’t wear a panty liner

Today I bought this garlic soap from an organic store bcuz it can be used to clean the vagina and prevent yeast infection.

After bathing with it, the part of my vagina that normally itches started to born .

Now I’m in great pain but I’m totally confused as to what is going on down there. As anyone experienced itchiness after a Yeast infection???? What seems to be the issue???
