How do YOU test you urine?

It's hard to say if one way is better than the other. What is your routine?

The amount of times I've splashed pee on myself is embarrassingly often (yay for being a klutzy grownup…haha). So now I just pee in a cup. Sooooo much easier.

I pee in a clear glass for two reasons: One, I'm clumsy too! Two, when I had my other children my doctor said that this was a good way to see how your body is REALLY working. You can see how much protein (little white cloudy flakes) is in your urine, or how much water you need to be drinking (based on color) and lastly, if your odor has a strong or light smell... But I forgot what that is suppose to tell you. Mainly... Because I'm clumsy though! 😜

Pee in cup is way easier as I find it hard to aim onto a stick lol! Least with a cup I can time it better and know the urine is getting where it needs to be!! 👍

I use a cup. That way I can see what is going on. And I pee all the time, so that way it's easier to make sure it's been 3 seconds, or whatever time the box says.
