Every time i get my period i have horrible horrible cramps to the point i'm curled up in a ball crying with the heating pad feeling like i'm gonna throw up . It feels like something is ripping me apart from the inside . I also get absolutely awful pain in my lower right side of my abdomen every month when i get my period which probably makes the cramps feel a lot worse. They always think its appendicitis but it never is , they can never figure out what causes it. Any advice to help ease the pain or help is welcomed.
