Prodromal Labor

Who has been in prodromal labor, and I mean a doctor has actually told you that you're in prodromal labor, and how long did it last before you finally went into actual labor? I'm not talking about false labor because there is a difference. I read it could last anywhere from 24-72 hours, and I've been in it a little over 24 hours now and 2 trips to the birth center to be checked. Just wish it would end 😕 guess I need to hear some positive success stories or have some encouragement. I'm super bitchy and tired and in pain so if I sound like I have an attitude, I apologize lol
