So yesterday I was hanging out with my boyfriend and I got the worst cramp it lasted like 30 seconds or around there. I’m not supposed to get my period for like 5 days (but like when I got the cramp it was 6 days before my period) is it weird I got a cramp this early...? Then I looked it up lol and then it was like oh these might be implantation cramps and I started getting really scared. So is this abnormal???
