Ladies I need your thoughts!!!!

I need your thoughts please.. ive always had very heavy periods.. super heavy and very painful.. this month.. nothing compared to that.. it’s been super light.. started spotting light then some brown and now it’s just a light flow.. no clots. I’m on day 6 of what I think is my period.. what’s weird is my boobs don’t hurt.. normally at least 2 weeks before my period they hurt.. I’ve been slightly cramping on and off which before my cramps were so bad I had to take ibuprofen 800 to ease the pain.. I haven’t tested.. should I??
