Labor starting?

I am 40 weeks tomorrow and all morning I’ve been having mild period like cramping. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped, I had pink/light red spotting. I went back to the bathroom 10 minutes later and the same thing. Last week at my appointment I was 4cm dilated and 80% effaced, yet I’ve never had spotting before today. This makes me think the bleeding isn’t from dilating. Could this finally be labor starting or am I just getting my hopes up once again?
