Anyone pregnant and still working out? Can you share your workout routine and other tips and suggestions please ☺️

I haven’t changed my gym routine that much since finding out (im almost 13 weeks now). I usually do 30-45 mns on the stationary bike then light lifting (mostly arms and legs, some days back and chest) but as im approaching second trimester i feel like i need a change.
