Exercise routines.
What are your exercise routines?
Do you do work outs from your memory or do you follow videos?
What are some core exercise? (I would really like exercises where I don't have to get on the ground.) I have awful back problems. I can't lay on my stomach or stand to long or even wash dishes without my back hurting. And I know that is not healthy.
Any advice is welcome! :). Thank you!
