Light af cramps cd 11
I’m on CD 11 today and I’ve been have light af cramps. Sometimes I have to stretch to relieve it for a bit but it’s been constant all day. I had a dizzy spell earlier this morning too. Is this normal before ovulation? I’ve been taking vitex for a month now so I’m hoping I ovulate
