37w is this mucus plug?

ladies I went pee and when I wiped I noticed this on the tissue. so i stood up to yell for my husband and liquid fell down my leg. not alot but there was enough to where it felt like I was peeing myself a little. it trickled down to my ankle before I got tissue to wipe it off should i be concerned? I'm not contracting or anything.
