Rash on my butt?

Any ideas what this is? And how to treat it ?

Just randomly got it and I am putting some cream on it but doesn’t seem to help. Pls help

It could be the start of Mrsa? Idk, but I would definitely get that looked at, esp if it popped up out of nowhere and already looks that angry.

I think it’s best you see a doctor. Looks like an infected sore not a rash.

I would start putting some bactracin on it and keeping it clean
