Been having brown discharge for the past week. My doctor doesn’t seem concerned. Had a doctor’s appointment when I first spotted it and the babies were fine. Still spotting little by little each day. Have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow to check on the babies again for my peace of mind. I still have nausea, headaches and metallic taste in my mouth and sometimes sore nipples. This is my first pregnancy and I’m freaking out about everything. Has anyone experienced this and the babies were fine? Is this normal for a twin pregnancy?
