Working long hours and overnights.
I have been working some pretty long hard hours lately. We had some people quit and I’m a manager at my job so me along with the other managers have had to pick up the slack. I worked 27 hours in 2 days and my body is definitely feeling it. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and it is a lot harder than I remember. I work 2pm-10pm 3 days and 2 days I work 9pm-7am. The overnights are what really killing me but there’s not much I can do that’s the schedule I have. Idk what to do. Is there anything that can help with this horrible feeling. Like I love my job but lately I’ve been hating it and don’t want to go in.
