Headache Relief 😫

What’s your special remedy to help headaches go away? The past week or so my head has been pounding. Medication doesn’t really seem to do the trick and it’s to the point it’s interfering with my day to day life. I live in Ohio and it has been especially hot lately, yesterday I went canoeing on a 6 mile route. I applied sunscreen of SPF 50 several times. I’m not sure if that didn’t help today and last nights headaches? I also had a sinus infection and took antibiotics about 2 months ago. Could that have thrown off my hormones? It cause my period to be lately and I’m hot a lot. Idk if any of that makes sense sorry I’m rambling now...what do you ladies think?
