Did I ovulate?? If I did, when?? Please help!!

Question

I’m not sure if or when I ovulated this month. Can someone please help me out with this??? I’ve only started tracking my BBT, CM, etc.. for 1 month. I think I’m grasping it pretty well, but the charts are what throw me off a little. If anyone could help I’d be highly appreciative!!

According to your chart, you have not ovulated yet. Are you temping same time every morning before you get out of bed? If not, that will help with the consistency of the temps. Vaginal temping can also help you see when you ovulate better. You’re looking for low pre ov temps and high post ov temps
