I dated one of my coworkers. However, we worked in different departments which helped a bit. We dated and recently realized we weren’t ready for relationships (he just got divorced and I recently ended a long term relationship) but we are still very close friends. I could honestly see us getting back together once we are past our respective things because we are that close. But it takes a special kind of connection for it to work with a coworker and other employees will ALWAYS ask how your SO is doing. Just be ready for that and make sure you have a solid basis for a relationship before you dive into anything

I did. I ended it after a few weeks because I realized that I wasn’t ready to date. (Just three months after leaving my abusive husband). He got upset and ended up cutting me off even though we agreed to be friends. I’m not doing that again.

I've actually ONLY ever dated guys from work.  That's where I met my fiance.  It's hard to date when you don't go anywhere.  Work is about the only place to do it, lol.
