I am convinced that I'm supposed to be fat.
It never fails! Every time I start getting back into working out, I get hurt. 2 weekendd after I finally built the endurance to run a 5k without stopping, I strained my ribs in wrestling and got pneumonia. When I slowly recoverd from that mess, I slipped down a flight of stairs and sprained my ankle and busted my knee, and NOW! 2 days into getting back to running, the tendon under my knee is killing me. Like, it literally hurts when I walk or even touch it. I can feel a huge bump, but I didn't hit it on anything..
I am meant to be fat 😑
