I’ve been in a relationship for a year & I’ve recently reconnected with old friend of mine and all of my feelings are coming back at once, has anyone felt this & how did you handle it?

This has never happened to me before but in this kind of situation u have to ask yourself do I love this person or am I just having a strong attraction? Being attracted to someone else while in a relationship is normal and humanly, but if what u r feeling goes beyond just an attraction then maybe u should consider leaving the person u r in a relationship with. If ur happy and in love with the person ur in a relationship with then u shouldn’t have eyes for anyone else. If u do find yourself falling for someone other then the person your with then it’s not really fair to your partner. Just my thoughts.
