Extra skin on boobs

So last year I lost weight very fast which caused me to have extra skin in places , but especially my boobs . I’m 17 and I hate my boobs so much , they are my biggest insecurity . The other day my mom made a comment about them , and saying how she’s 40 and has better boobs than me . She was honestly only joking but it hurt my feelings because I’m so insecure about them . I hate taking my bra off in front of guys because I fear them judging me :(
