I'm not sure if I have food poisoning but this is definitely worse than the morning sickness      . TMI but I've had major diarrhea and haven't been able to keep anything down, including fluids since last night. I'm also very lightheaded, and puking has given me a headache. Ive already called my dr and am waiting on a call back. But was hoping I could get some info from someone who may have experienced this. Btw, I'm 11 weeks.
