annoyed at this point

I am just getting annoyed at this point. I am 53 days late. no sign of af. no positive tests. usually my period is a bit early or long but not late. went to the dr when I was about 35 days late and they ran a urine test on me, I have no idea why when I told them multiple times that all the ones I took at home were neg. that was neg too. I just want to know something. should I just stay prepped for af iv do I need to start making appointments? that's all I wanna know. and I dont even think about how late I am unless there is a night like tonight when I cant sleep. stupid uterus.
