🛑REALLY HEAVY PERIOD🛑HELP!!

So I just started my second period and I was watching greys and I felt a HUGE gush of blood and I had just put a new pad on so I thought it was ok but I was SO WRONG!!!😫 I just kept dripping so I went to the bathroom and I had completely leaked through my underwear and my pants on to my bed!!! So I put on a night time pad and laid a towel down on my bed but I’m so worried that I am going to leak again HELP!!
