New to poly

I’m so new to all of this! I’ve been with my fiancé for almost 7 years and we once broke up and I had a fling with one of my best guy friends. He hasn’t been in my life for years and now he’s back and we are all going to try a poly relationship. Any tips or words of advice to help make this work?
