Could I be pregnant again?

So, I’m a week late but I took 2 home pregnancy tests and both came back negative. Not only that but I don’t feel any different, as in no pregnancy like symptoms whatsoever. Whereas my last pregnancy, the day after my expected period, I was having back pain, nausea, very sensitive nipples, sensitive to smell (couldn’t even be around meat), and an emotional wreck to be honest. Also tested positive on a home pregnancy test 2 days after expected period.

I did go on vacation recently, and being out of the country has caused me to miss my period before. But having sex near my fertile window, it is possible I could have gotten pregnant. But if so, I really can’t tell.

Any opinions?
