advice for weight loss.
I'm super sick on being over weight. my highest weight was 200 and I'm now down to 185. I know thats a big step, but here's the problem. I'm at my dads house and its so much easier to be in a healthy mind set.
I go back to my moms house and I always ALWAYS gain the weight back.
I don't need advice on loosing weight, I need advice on how to keep myself in the right mind set to continue.
I'm 16, I've been fat my whole life, I just want to be able to know what it feels like to be healthy. I'm doing this alone.
