So I have to get checked down there but I don’t feel comfortable letting a doctor look at my🐱 what to do??

I know it's uncomfortable, but try to remember that its all in a days work for the dr.  They look at vaginas all the time.

Try to get a female doctor, and remember that they look at vaginas all the time. They’ve seen vaginas of all shape, size, hairy, not hairy, long lips, fat vaginas, old vaginas, etc. Just try to relax and ignore it as best as possible. It’s ok to be uncomfortable, and I’m sure your doctor will understand. The first time I had a doctor down there was when I got my IUD inserted. I got shots in there and everything. Maybe plan a bit of a reward for yourself after like going to your favorite restaurant or something. You’ll be fine.😊

I still cry Everytime when the doctor goes down there its very uncomfortable and I hate it but Everytime he's finished he always makes me laugh to make me feel better just try not to let your mind race that's what makes me cry I've been seeing a doctor since I was 14 I'm 18 now and til this day I let it get the best of me idk about you but my doctor has pictures of the ceiling it's supposed to help but I hate those stupid fish try thinking about what your gonna do after the doctor it seems to help me
