I'm only 5/6dpo and having cramps all day long , I'm also a little gassy . The cramps are like milder Af cramps . And I'm very sleepy lately .. Could this be anything or not ? First time ttc

Yes, it's possible! But it could also be the natural results of your cycle (and you're waaaaay more in tune to this now that you're TTC).  I'm having the same things and been reading about early symptoms. I hope this is it for both of us! Baby dust to you!! ✨
