Sharp pains

So I’m 6 weeks pregnant, waiting on my first appointment on the 11th. Last night I woke up to pee and when I came back to the bedroom I started getting sharp pains in my left side almost unbearable, it lasted about five minutes then it went away and I’m fine this morning. My question is has anyone else experienced this and what was the outcome? I’m not sure if it’s just constipation or my uterus stretching. I’m trying to not worry about it too much because I’m not bleeding and it was just this one time but it’s still scary to think something is wrong.
