I had my second early miscarriage at 5w3d about 2 weeks ago and when I went to the ob she took my blood for hcg, progesterone and them a rcb something?

Anyway, this may be a dumb question but my hcg was 22 and if at that time would she be able to tell if my progesterone was low and get me a supplement once I got pregnant again or is that only noticed when you're having a healthy pregnancy?
