Feeling down with Baby making journey

So I’ve been trying to have a baby with my fiancé since January. We haven’t had any luck yet. This is my first time actually planning a pregnancy & boy is it harder than than not planning a pregnancy. I have 3 kids (twins girls & a boy) all unplanned.
