what should i do..
I only eat once a day, but recently have stopped. My family either judges me for eating or tells me I shouldn’t have anything. They’re ashamed of me for being 300+, even though I’m trying to lose the weight. I’m already down 20 pounds, but it’s not enough. They’re happier knowing I’m starving myself, so that should mean something, right?
