Should it be illegal to boil live lobster/crab?

Pe

This year the Swiss government made it illegal to boil a live lobster, claiming it is in humane and forces chefs to first either electrocute the lobster or stick a knife into its brain first. The law comes from newer studies that suggest a lobster can feel pain unlike previously believed. Crabs however, are still to be said to not feel pain and therefor boiling them live is still common and legal worldwide.

Do you think it should or shouldn't be illegal to boil live shellfish like this?

Another question is, to enforce this in people's homes, do you think it should be illegal to sell LIVE lobster and crab to the public? Otherwise, this would be impossible to enforce. However, for many chefs, this would be very detrimental to restaurants as shellfish is best served fresh. This would also highly impact fisheries and fishermen.
