What kind of car seat are you using for your 9 month old ?

What kind of car seat are you using for your 9 month old ? My baby is very tall and I’m looking for something to fit him length wise and hold his head in place from falling when he sleeps in the car

We switched to the Gracco 4ever a month ago. Baby likes it so much better, no more crying in the car. 😄

I switched about a month ago to a convertible car seat. We use the Chicco nextfit. My 3 year old rear faced in until her 3rd Birthday and she is pretty tall without any problems.

We have the head falling issue as well. I’m not sure if it’s a height issue, although my son is in the 99.97th percentile for height so he’s pretty tall. It makes me cringe when I see his head dropping to his chest when he sleeps in the car seat! We have the Nuna Rava (moved him out of his infant seat when he was 6 months). I’d love any helpful suggestions as well 😊

I switched to a convertible seat when he was about 6 months old. My 2 yr old is still rearfacing. So how tall is never an issue. In an infant seat though there are height and weight limits. Also he needs to have at least 1 inch above his head in the seat. If he is above any of those limits he needs a new seat immediately. There are many options. You can go ask in the car seats for littles Facebook group and they can help find you a good option for you.
