Do you wear liners everyday?

I have to wear liners everyday because if not i get discharge on my panties and eventually it gets to my pants, I absolutely hate wearing them they aren’t comfortable and i prefer the feel of cotton but I have so much discharge that I just can’t. Does anyone else have a similar issue? Did you do something to change that?

so I was same way for a long time. someone told me it could be the liners that made my discharge worse. the chemicals in the liners could be irritating my cervix or something. 
so I switched to cloth liners (washable ones) and I swear within a few months I didn't even need liners anymore. there are a few days that I change my panties in the middle of the day but some discharge is normal. but even if it didn't help my discharge the cloth ones are so much more comfortable. I throw them in the washing machine with my bath towels.

Maybe look into reusable panty liners. They would save you money, and it would be made of cloth like your underwear so it’s probably way more comfortable. They sell some on Etsy.

I feel ya girl! I get this a lot and pretty much everyday I have to wear liners and I would much rather just wear pants without nothing in them

I’ve started to wear liners everyday because my underwear seems to get a small wet spot often. It seems to happen mostly when I have a lot of discharge but even sometimes when I don’t. Do you wear a lot of tight clothing? Like skinny jeans and leggings? I’m thinking that might be my problem although sometimes it happens even when I’m not wearing tight pants.

I’m exactly the same. Always wet down there. If not liners, I use a piece of paper towel to absorb the discharge and replace it every time I use the bathroom
