Hope for improvement. 🤞

I’m going to start doing 10 squats a day and 100 sit ups a day and see if my butt gets any bigger and my tummy gets any slimmer. I will do this for about a one to two months and see if I have any improvement. I will try and keep this post updated, as well as try to stick with it.
