Belly band support?

Question

anyone ever have pubic bone symphisis? I was wondering if any belly bands are recommended or actual helpful to relieve pelvic pain? Thanks!

For pubic symphysis dysfunction the bands are recommended. I just got mine and I like it. It's a good quality for the price. I'll probably start physical therapy next month. I'm not even 20 weeks 3rd pregnancy and having issues. My Dr said I will probably wind up with a walker before birth. DH got a good laugh at that. I barely had issues with my first, 2nd pregnancy it started about 32 weeks(could barely walk, delivered at 36 weeks unrelated to SPD) and seems to be worse each time.
