What are some over the counter sleeping medications that work good? I’m 17 and for the life of I cannot sleep at night. I wake up with intense panic attacks out of nowhere. I’ve been on multiple medications, mood stabilizers and anti-depressants which only make me feel like a zombie. We have tried about 7 plus medications. I’ve even tried smoking weed and that makes me have panic attacks too. The only medication that remotely worked was Clonazepam but it can only be prescribed for so long. I’m at a loss
