Quitting smoking TODAY
I made a post earlier that I was in need of some motivation. After laying in bed for 4 hours in the afternoon I decided to just get up and just DO IT
Today I decided I was going to smoke my last cigarette
Today I also decided that I was going to get back into my yoga routine.
I started the 30 day yoga camp on Yoga With Adrianne. Today was day 1. The mantra for today was- I accept.
I accept where I am at in my life right now. I accept who I am, and I accept any changes or curve balls life decides to throw at me in the meantime 😌
