I just answered this! Our tap water is from a well and amazing, but our well got bacteria and messed with stomach awful, so I switched to bottled water for the rest of my pregnancy. We did clean the well, but I don’t want to risk it after how terrible I had felt.

I love tap. Bottled water sits in plastic for long periods of time, leaching who knows what into the water it contains. I will never understand society's obsession with bottled water... municipal tap waters usually have higher safety regulation too.

Why not? Tap water is considered more healthy than bottled water in most areas here.
