Hello wondering how long after getting off of birth control it took for your periods to get regular I have been on different types of birth control for the last 8 years. All making it so I got no period at all. The last one I had was an iud for 4 weeks that my body pushed out the beginning of June. Before that I had a nuva ring for almost 2 years. According to one app I have missed my period this month, would’ve ended today and glow shows it should arrive in 4 days. Just don’t want to get excited thinking it’s because I’m pregnant
