Pinching??

Question

I keep feeling a pinching kind of sorta pain in my lower stomach area it doesnt really hurt and its nothing like a cramp so what could it be ???

Not sure what it is, but I had that at like 9-10dpo And now I'm 11 days late and I'm still testing negative on pregnancy tests:/ it's confusing and my two week wait has turned into a nearly 4 week wait so I'm going crazy looking for answers. I had lots of pregnancy symptoms last week. Sore boobs, nausea of the morning and night, back and hip aches, got lots of pimples, which is crazy considering I'm lucky to get 1 pimple a month normally. All symptoms have died down though apart from.my breasts are still pretty tender. But still getting BFN... So stressful!
