It's been 45 days since the end of my miscarriage and still no aunt flow. I've had some spotting but no period. My doctor said to call if I go past 60 days without a period since my miscarriage happened early in my pregnancy (5-6wks). I'm starting to get anxious. I just want my cycle to start, so I can start to feel normal again. How long did it take for your first cycle to come? Is there anything I can do to help things along?
