my period is 14 days late

Does anyone think its possible to get pregnant after your husband/ partner gets a vasectomy?

we do live in a small town and know no one but my mother and stepfather. I stay home with our children and make sure the house is clean. my period is 14 days late and his vasectomy was done back in March 2018. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet either. what are your thoughts?
