Round ligament pain vs cramps?

Forgot if there’s a difference in feeling...  approximately 4w ish...
Is it possible to experience RLP this early or are these just cramps?
Note: second pregnancy

Can you describe the feeling? I’m having little twinges of achey pain here and there on my right side, also around 4wks. This is my FIRST! So I have no idea what to expect.

I’ve been feeling a pulling pain as well. Never knew the name for it. Don’t remember this with my first!

I didn't expect to feel them this early, but I am having mild round ligament pain already at 4w5d. Also my second pregnancy.
