Help?
I am a 13 year old who is 5 2". Right now I weigh about 126 pounds and I already know that I am somewhat heavy for my age and height. My doctor says that I am on the heavier side but still healthy. I just wanted to know some tips to try to slowly lose weight. I do swim team 3 days a week. Also, do I look like I weigh 126 pounds?
