Coffee, yay or nay?

Yesterday I found out the exciting news!! I'm an avid coffee drinker. Should I quit? I've read mixed reviews about quitting and not. Last 2 pregnancies I cut it cold Turkey and lost both babies. suggestions?

i drink mostly 4 coffees a day, cuz im too exhousted and tired, but its very light coffe latte:)

My doctor said caffeine up to 200mg is totally fine. I have continued to have 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day throughout my pregnancy and baby and I are doing just fine. 😊

I drink coffee everyday. My doctor said 200mg of caffeine is perfectly fine.

I switched to half caff! I can still have my regular amount and stay under the 200mg daily of caffeine. It doesn't taste half bad either lol

I stopped drinking it with my first and lost the baby. Drank the 200 mg during the second and the pregnancy went fine. I am trying to cut it out this pregnancy as well, but have still had a small amount of caffeinated tea and very very little soda. I have been craving coffee though.

I drink two cups of coffee daily. Was the same with my first pregnancy and had a healthy boy. I am 35 weeks with my second and she is very healthy so far as well
