Help. Too much tv and no solo play (2 yr old)

So as the heading implies my 2 year old wants to watch too much tv and refuses to play by herself, at all! It started when she was just over a year old and she stayed with her grandparents for a week, apparently they watched a lot of paw patrol and Disney's Frozen because she came back requesting it all the time and quoting it. I was strong at first and tried to get her back into our regular routine but I deal with insomnia on and off and eventually she caught me on a bad stretch of nights and suddenly we found ourselves sitting in front of the tv most of the day. I've been trying to wean her off the tv but it's been replaced with me and I can't constantly be her entertainer. I need to clean the house and get meals ready and all the other tasks that SAHM take on, as well as a small business that needs my attention occasionally. So I'm hoping someone has advice for how I can help her play by herself more without going back to the tv?
