Maca powder changing period?

First time taking Maca powder and I’m usually on time every month but this month I’m 4 days early which is very unusual.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Wonder why I’m so early and if it will change my ovulation days in the future?

I used maca and my I spotted a two days before my period in a yellow dress for everyone to see ☹️ but then my period also ended 2 days early Im not consistent with taking maca I just throw it in my smoothies every now and again .. not sure why it happened specifically but I'm just saying your not alone with maca switching your period dates.
