Can prenatal vitamins change your menstruation?
This is our first TTC month. I just started prenatal vitamins about about 3 weeks ago. We BD a lot during fertile window, my AF decided to come 🤔👋🏾 4-5 days earlier. The quality of my flow is different ! It feels like my high school days, and I’m turning 37yrs tomorrow. Has this ever happened anyone?
